dianarokun Products like "StitchBuddy Pro" or "StitchBuddy Creator" can be exclusively purchased from the app. If their status is reflected as "not available" StitchBuddy was most likely not able to retrieve any product information from Apple's App Store: Assuming your device’s internet connection is up and running, please check if you can successfully log into the App Store with your account: There might be an agreement pending or any other glitch. Besides of this, restarting the Mac (or iPad / iPhone) and retrying after some time are normally fixing this issue - which is unfortunately beyond my control.
