Unfortunately, I need some more information to help you: The only account in StitchBuddy's ecosystem is for this forum - which you can obviously access.

If you're referring to any In-App purchase for the apps: They are provided by Apple's App Stores, linked to your Apple ID. Maybe this knowledge base article can offer some assistance? Otherwise please respond to my questions above…
