Taking a user's question as an opportunity, I just created a new Knowledge Base article about converting designs: Although the handling is different, both StitchBuddy products have the ability of batch conversions: On macOS Apple's Automator can be used to define a workflow, while on iOS StitchBuddy HD's file browser has a dedicated option to convert selected files and folders.
