SaraThomas For some reason, when I pull up a design I've saved (with the correct embroidery hoop size) on my machine, it cuts off a few millimeters of the top of the design.
It's just an educated guess, but I assume the design is not properly centered: Just check if the design's center is at the origin of the hoop, the point (0,0). There is a view option to show crosshairs at the center of a design.
If a design is not in the middle of its hoop, a corresponding menu / toolbar item becomes active to center the design - what should always be done after making modifications affecting the size.
Some Brother machines might even stitch complete nonsense (e.g. solid blocks) if a design isn't centered.
