Help Needed with Brother Embroidery Machine for Kids' Projects

Hi everyone,

I'm new to embroidery and recently got a Brother embroidery machine. I was hoping to sew some fun items for my kid, but I'm finding it a bit challenging to get started. I attempted to do some machine embroidery work but wasn't as successful as I hoped.

I'm thinking about turning to online services for some of my projects. Has anyone here used online embroidery services in conjunction with their Brother machine?

Unfortunately, I don't have first-hand experiences with embroidery services, but maybe one heads-up: Although these services are not brand-specific (so they don't need to be specilized in "Brother" designs) you should request the result file in various formats. Just in case you'll switch to a different brand in future, as original designs from the digitizer are always better than a converted copy.
