StitchBuddy HD - Missing Clipboard menu in iOS 15

I was just informed that the "Clipboard" menu isn't accessible on devices running iOS / iPadOS 15!

StitchBuddy HD is using predefined Apple icons to illustrate menu items since its last major update (version 3.3). Although I was aware that not all icons are available in iOS 15 - leaving some menu items without icons - I didn't realize that the toolbar item for clipboard operations is affected, too. Apologies, and expect a bugfix release on short notice.

You might be able to open the mentioned menu by chance when tapping next to the "Select" toolbar item…

StitchBuddy HD 3.3.3 has been approved by Apple some minutes ago, fixing issues due to missing icons under iOS 15 (including the invisible "Clipboard" menu): During the next week the new app version will be deployed in waves to customer devices - based on their settings. But you can always manually perform the update from Apple's App Store.

Don't hesitate to contact me (or reply to this discussion) if any unforeseen issue occurs…

G’day Matthias, I’m running iOS 18 and I don’t have the menu. Since your post of June 2024 I would have thought the menu would be available in waves…but it is based on settings. I do not know how to manually perform the update on my iPad Pro. Any help will be much appreciated down here in Western Australia.

iOS 18 wasn't affected by the issue at all - by default it does include the icons in question, so your problem might be related to something different. Can you confirm that the menu in the following image is missing on your device:

Maybe you are able to provide a screenshot like illustrated in this post.

Embroiderme I do not know how to manually perform the update on my iPad Pro.

An app update can be forced by using the App Store on your iPad and visit either StitchBuddy HD's product page or your account settings: Any pending update is listed and can be applied manually. But as mentioned: Even if StitchBuddy HD might be outdated on your device if you have disabled automatic updates (its current version is 3.4.4), the mentioned fix isn't necessary on your iOS version.
