Henrik Resizing paths (e.g. after an SVG import) is on my todo list - like so many topics: I totally agree that it would improve the digitizing workflow dramatically.
For the time being I'd recommend to scale appropriately in the graphic app before exporting: StitchBuddy consideres every unit as 1/10 millimeter - regardless of the used measurement unit. For example a drawing of 1,000 pixels width and height (or points, inches, centimeters) would result in a path 10 cm x 10 cm or roughly 4" square.
Resizing the generated stitches is another option, but as the stitch count remains unchanged, large adjustments would result in designs with loose or dense stitches.
