I'm sorry you are facing problems! Let's cover some basics, first:
- Which macOS version is running on the service rep Mac?
- Which StitchBuddy version are you using (I assume the most recent one due to reinstallations)?
- Is StitchBuddy working when launched from a (freshly created) user account on the Mac? If it does the issue might be resolved by deleting StitchBuddy's app data under
~/Library/Containers/StitchBuddy of the affected user.
- Has something significant changed in your team's IT environment, e.g. was some new system-related software installed? In this case I'd start the Mac in "safe mode" (Apple article) to check it any 3rd party component is causing problems.
- Is a crash log created you'd be able to share with me?
- Could you launch
Console.app and start recording before launching StitchBuddy? The (filtered) output might provide some more information of a root cause.
I'm happy to assist answering any of these questions, but maybe we should continue this conversation by mail as it is very specific and might include some sensitive data…
